Data Deletion — LanceRoom

This page explains how to delete your Meta data from LanceRoom. Deleting your data also deletes the stored Meta token for those accounts, so LanceRoom can no longer fetch their ad data.

How to delete your Meta data

Step 1 — In the dashboard (fastest)

Sign in at app.lanceroom.com, open the account menu, and choose "Disconnect & delete Meta data". This deletes, for the accounts you disconnect:

• your stored Meta token;
• your connected ad accounts;
• the cached AI recommendations for those accounts;
• the ad data cached in your browser for those accounts.

Step 2 — On Facebook

Go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations (or Settings → Apps and Websites), find LanceRoom, and remove it. This revokes LanceRoom's access from Meta's side.

Step 3 — By email

If you cannot sign in, or you want your whole account deleted, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask for your data to be deleted. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, and we will confirm by email when it is done.
